1.2GB is pretty big for people running on 3-4GB/month accounts...
 
There are always local mirrors for the files, and I am sure that you know someone you could get it from. WoW players spread WoW files like a virus
 
I'll fish around. They are all in this forum. Think if you search for 'mirror' or 'patches' or 'ftp' you should find the ones I will list here anyways :)
