I can't play pissed.. i've tried and it just doesn't work.
I mean I can drink a couple of cold ones while jamming, but coming home after a night of boozing and trying to run an instance is just too painful (for me and the party )

I just fill up my Blue Bulls Hard hat ... (you know the one with the two beer can holders on the sides and the rubber tubing for straws!). Hands free drinking helps during PvP....
