Wow what happened

Checked my balance this morning as I knew that my bundle was nearing its end. And I knew I had no prepaid left. And I had to do some big download and I get this report that my balance is R812. That was about R800 more than I expected. I have never loaded that amount of prepaid. No idea where it comes from. Is there some kind of giveaway at the moment?

Just convert to data bundles and be on your way

I did - got a 2GB bundle and sent the rest via Me2U to another SIM.

Don't understand the logic. There's no freebies in life, you're bound to have to pay that amount as soon as they realize the mistake. I would have reported it if I were you.

Correct. I was not charged for 3 days of usage on my prepaid. This was eventually deducted anyway. Should have dumped my sim then.
