WP - Modal Image/Description Gallery Plugin - A search...

Hi all,

I feel like something like this should exist but I am not able to find it and I really don't want to go to the effort of creating it...

I am looking for a wordpress plugin that will let me create a gallery of images.
When I click the image it pops up, in modal fashion, with the image on one side and a content block (which I can set the content of per image) on the other. And Image | Description gallery.

Anyone heard of anything like that?
