Wrong Balance on ADSL usage account

Telkom ADSL service provider

I receive every day a email with ADSL Internet account with day before usage totals from Telkom lately notice the amounts are low compare to the normal daily use
Sensing something was very wrong (one day the used amount was 0 and I been connect for long a time) I connect to userstats.adsl.saix.net to confirm and found a very big difference.
Something is wrong with the totals that Telkom send me.
How to fix this.

The TI nightly report does not include NightSurfer usage (00:00 thru 07:00).

I don't Night surf and TI Portal gave the same amounts I get from emails received.
This is the daily used amounts which I claim they are wrong I used more that this, twice it shows
the some amounts.
