wrong billing

I paid cash for my SIM card
Sorry for that, but I have just caught a flasher and am out of breath. Had to cable tie him and wait for 2 hrs for the cops. He has been flashing his dick in our block for 2 weeks to young girls.
Just had to share that with you guys.
Will carry on with complaint in the morning.
 
As I was saying before the interuption.
I took out a contract at Longbeach Mall MTNSP for a E220 modem and I was required to pay R140.00 cash for the SIM card. Now I am being charged again on my account for the SIM.
Also, I am being charged ITEMISED BILLING and CALLING LINE ID. Is this correct as it is a modem and used for bundles only?

Depends,AFAIK all the new promos have the clip and item bill as madatory as they factor into the service fee, non removable- pm me your number il have a quick look at the sim card charge issue for you.
 
Dick very ugly. No pics. Went to copshop this afternoon to make a statement. Funny thing, he was booked for unruly behavior and not for indecent exposure. A coloured guy 32 years old and still in tjoekie. Although he is bigger and fitter than me, the anger in me to what he did to my daughter overrode the fear factor and I managed to hold him down till help arrived in the form of about 10 residents armed with sticks to intercontinental ballistic missiles.

When I dial 16202, It says R449+- and on MTNactive it shows R240+- and R449 at the other one where you pay R18.00 fee.
My account is ONLY for data and I cannot make voice calls from this modem, so why do I have to pay Itemized Billing and Calling Line ID?

Ure looking at 2 different totals, one (R449+-) from your activation date til your inv date, in your case thats the 20th, the R240.00 is from 20th up til now, thats is what called your unbilled invoice and that will close on 20th of next month. only reason its R240.00+- at present stage is because its without a discount until the invoice closes, then we allocate one. The R449.00 consists of no charge for the sim card, just once off connection, pro rata etc.
The item bill and clip are structured so as for you to achieve the desired monthly service fee total, hence they are mandatory nonetheless im afraid.:(
