I'm not sure, but it's dark and there are LCD scre
From the same article:-

In the bowels of the stadium, the cavernous dressing rooms where England could one day prepare for a World Cup semi-final are already being fitted out and the cells that will be able to detain troublemakers are being constructed.

Is this a FIFA requirement ?

Maybe they weren't fulfilling their zol requirement.
Wasn't that the reason for giving the semi-final to Cape Town?

They were growing zol.

:D

Hehe! You blerrie Capies!

"Whoa. Yaaa, dude. It's a trainsmash, maan. Plantation's in the wrong spot, hey. Looks like we're going to have a couple more white widows after 2010 than was expected."

:o

This is like the most important thing to me -- I really don't care if the stadium parking lot still has potholes full of gravel, mud and broken bits of tar .. but for god-sake can they get the grass right. There is nothing worse than watching a football match on a pitch that looks all bobbley and is not mowed or grown properly.

Its all people will remember and where all the focus is.. The Pitch

During the Confederation Cup some of the matches looked like they were being played on a Rugby pitch and the game was not smooth or flowing.

There is no point in building a 50 billion stadium with an awful pitch
