Wrong password

Good day can somebody please help me , all my devices Iphone and Samsung but 1 iphone can connect to my wifi router

when I want to connect my wifes Iphone 6 to my ZTE router. I get a wrong password message (but I know the password is correct . If I try to connect with out security(wap) I get a message unable to connect. I have reset the router, and the network settings on the iphone ,I have tried all the fixes on google. Still wrong password. I have even tried a new ssid

That's a very strange error to be getting. :(

Is the iPhone running the newest version of iOS?
