Hello, I have a situation regarding my Rain.

Towards the end of August my internet was paused because I couldn't make payment and therefore I haven't used the Sim card because the last bit of information I had was that my internet will be paused until I pay, throughout September I never used the Sim card, I wanted to make payment today only to find that the amount I have to pay has increased, I'm being charged for September.
I have never used the Sim card in September because i was informed by rain that it will not work.
