i dont see the problem, i mean yes its designed to be entertainment. But i would be interested to see people pitch ideas and try get their dreams to be funded and some insight into what makes a mobile app from inception through design, development and a final product. And I think kudos to Apple for being part of it.

Are you serious? Packaged entertainment == "insight into what makes a mobile app..."
You do realize that there's no way to make the actual work into a TV nugget, so expect another prepackaged BS show like "The Apprentice".
