WTF iBurst - Disconnected..

WTF..

All of a sudden my iBurst gives me Authentication errors.. and my login details are 100% correct..

So I called iBurst and reported the fault (REF: 057164) - iBurst escalated this to there higher support or whatever.. Today I called again and was told the following :

The reason being is that I have no bandwidth on my account.. so I said what about the throttle to 64kbps?? I was than told that they aware there is an issue where people are getting disconnected but in order to fix it I MUST TOPUP my account..

Now WHAT THE F,, is that?? I must pay iBurst to FIX THERE issue..

Its the 1st time I hear this ***..

Shaun can you assist and get my internet resolved PLS.. I am no ways topping up my account.. If iBurst throttling system doesnt work its not MY PROBLEM and I dont see logic in this making the consumer pay to FIX it.
 
yes :) all is working now...

still dont understand why the helpdesk told me that story about buying more bandwidth... :S
