WTF Iburst!!!

Just got an sms now saying that my account was debited with R950!!! I just paid R1200 into that same account a few minutes ago for my debits to go off at the end of the month and now this.

Okay just spoke to a lady in the accounts department and it seems there was an error on their side and my debit order didn't go off beginning of Sep. So thats why I was billed twice for this month.

Need to go check my bank statements just to make sure.

Had some double billing issues with Iburst in the past aswell.

Im still on iburst, but i dont recomend ever having adebit order with them, the amount of problems me and the rext oftheguys had. rather just spend extra time doing an eft
