wtf is up with axxess!!?!

WTF is up with axxess, I've been happy with axxess for a couple of years now, and all the sudden axxess changed from: Legit to Sht

Worst company ever now! ..their support line makes you wait forever and then it hangs up 3min later.
If you leave them a message via the website, nothing replies.
The speed is horrible and unstable, my 10meg account uncapped changed to a 2meg account at best
It first dropped to 128k speed for 1 day

it all happened when I got the first email saying:
"summer summer uncapped ninja accounts for pus cheap and free account upgrades"

So technically, I've got a 20meg VDSL line now, thank you... but the exchange barely supports 10meg

sounds like "MTN, everyway you go" BEE vibes here

Also the slow speeds are due to capacity issues on the MTN ADSL network. They are apparently working on it.

Yeah... they told me they are having issues during "peak times".

when asked for an explanation of peak times I got this reply: "Good Day What is meant by peak is when the server is taking high loads and high network traffic. which most people seem to let all there downloads etc run over night as its a time consuming process, this causes the network to remain busy even out of "Peak Times""

so basically they are experiencing peak times whenever thier users are connected and actually using thier service.

Yea I'm aware of that, but still my exchange barely supports 10meg so I cant even upgrade my line to 20meg, to me its useless!
