WTF? New Cyberdyne website doesn't work in Firefox

OK seriously you're starting to sound like a child, this is the real world, there is no, "Oh why are you calling X bad names behind their backs" situation here, it's not high school.

This forum is public and anyone can join and state their opinion, if a company is getting a bad rap because of what the public writes here the onus is ON THEM to correct it. Here you can write it on your OWN terms (in limits of the forum rules of course which are perfectly fair), it's neutral ground.

This website has in my opinion done a lot to help consumers, primarily because anyone can post their opinion, if many other users seem to agree with them then perhaps that company should ask, what can we do to correct it, rather than "How can I get them to STFU"

That aside, the website is fixed now, this is more a reflection on the developer VS. Cyberdyne in my opinion but these sort of threads always attract some old customers who feel they where stabbed in the back, deal with it, it happens, let the thread die in peace already or maybe you should send a email to Cyberdyne systems directing them here, if you're not affiliated with them, which in my opinion you've given away a long time ago, then let them talk to the users who complained themselves, the rest of the thread is simply a reflection on the developer who can come join too for some pointers from the other developers.

Many other companies have responded here from ISP's to Car dealerships and I've seen the thread move in the companies favour MANY times, so it's not exactly a unfair fight.

Like I've said before, Cyberdyne systems customer service was pretty good in my opinion, but I also don't know the other side of the situation regarding what the other users posted so it's a bit hard to make a case. As for the website developer, hmm well I think it was a bad job, there you go.

Gnome you have made some good points here, most of which I agree with, however what I have been suggesting to users on this forum from my initial posting is if they have issues with CyberDyne or any company for that matter, then why not take these issues up with the company you have the issue with directly ? I personally feel that if you have a problem, then it hardly is going to be resolved by discussing it on public forums – unless of course the company being discussed comes to the party themselves and is prepared to debate it publicly. I happened to make the effort to contact CyberDyne myself and discuss the Web Site and then when I go and publish the information they supplied me with, fair and freely on this forum, suddenly I have people jumping up and down as if it were ‘high school’ suggesting that I work for CyberDyne – questioning how CyberDyne could possibly give me all this information – jumping to assumptions. Even yourself seems to believe I am affiliated to CyberDyne in some way. You and everyone else here are free to believe what you want, but I am more than happy to give you my number and yourself or anyone else for that matter is most welcome to call me and verify my true identity and my ‘affiliations’ with CyberDyne. :)

I concur that the onus is on CyberDyne to join this forum themselves and comment should they wish to ‘set the record straight’, however that is up to CyberDyne if they choose to get involved in such public debates. If anyone on this forum feels it necessary to email CyberDyne with a link to these threads for CyberDyne’s comments, then that is entirely their own business. I am simply commenting from a customer’s perspective and I am giving my thoughts and views on this Web site issue. I personally see no need from my side to ‘direct’ CyberDyne to this forum – I am not the one who has an ‘axe to grind’ with them and if I did have an issue with them then I certainly would not be posting it up here - I would take it up directly with them.
