WTF R38 - Follow up fee?

I just noticed a line on my statement today: "FEE-BILL OF ENTRY FOLLOW UP" for which I was charged R38. What is this? I do get a foreign income but have never seen that charge before.

Bank statement, cheque account. I did import some stuff in Jan, might be from that but still... Just deducting a follow up fee from my account. Just like that...
