You haven't seen my firewall logs, I get this all the time, nothing to worry about if you have your firewall configured for stealth mode. Ok, it does use up bandwidth which causes you to reach your cap that much sooner, but there's not a whole lot you can do about that, except disconnect when you're not using the connection.
