Are other people also frustrated with this website that never seems to work or is extremely slow. How can they after so many years STILL not sort out their I.T problems... grrrrr

Yeah, they are pretty darn useless. You must try go to their offices to get changes made - even more irritating, and they didn't even do what was asked/done at their office.
I have offered them my services to fix their useless website on numerous occasions because whoever they have at the moment seem to be completely unable to do so. They wouldn't even have to pay me as much as R127 million or whatever it was they wasted the last time.
I would be quite happy with R5 million

Signed in on this site today and it's still super crap
Still basically have to go through to the old cipro site to do a name search. Even when logged in on the site, if you click anything you either need to log in again (which conveniently includes a Captcha) and then put in the whole enterprise number etc again.
tldr: Site still super **** 4 years later.

Yeah - its genuinely terrible.
I've been using both the UK equivalent and the SA one & the difference is quite shocking. I suspect some of the code on the CIPC one is still apartheid era stuff...
