Frequently raised as an issue on 702 and the incompetance (judging by her replies to John Robby) projected by the white lady that seems to be in charge is high. And the issue has been there since CIPRO days.

I've also tried to get hold of them, but no one picks up! Is another possibility to go to their offices. Do you guys know if this is possible?
