When i login to the iburst website at the moment i cannot see my usage or my products it says 0 left under my connection details and when i try to buy cap it says please select one and the only option available is ",R0.00 (Incl VAT)" but there are no Amounts of cap .

All stats on the usage are 0


Any one else having this problem?

AFAIK this is known, just browse around and return to that page. Hopefully your figures will be there

When on the bandwidth screen please press CTRL F5.

you will then be presented with your stats.

This issue is under investigation.
