So I just got a call from a company called iCOMM (www.icomm.co.za) saying that they can already do FTTH in my neighborhood (Garsfontein PTA East).

I'm a bit skeptical as I know Telkom is digging up the streets but there's no other lines that I know of.

Does anybody know anything about them?
