www.tshwane.gov.za works but tshwane.gov.za doesn't work.

AAA records? Or a simple www record entry?

I've seen this topic a few times before relating to a few government websites... The people that got paid to do the work havn't a clue about these things... If you asked them to fix it they wouldn't even know where to start so kindly missed that point when turning over developments

P.S.S. They have no favicon?! If they don't know what this is... Don't push your luck with mentioning DNS as they might just run away!
