I regularly read that site, have never posted comments nor will I ever. Yes it's laid out crap, and yes some of the subjects they address are a little touchy, but it's refreshing to see people wearing their hearts on their sleeves, even if it is anonymously. At least they're straight talking unlike a few people here...

I find www.anc.org.za more offensive frankly because it's more of a "real world" reality site. Trust me SA Sucks is a lot tamer than most "right wing" sites.

+1 and even if it was hosted in SA, I doubt they'd be able to shut it down anyway. Constitution provides freedom of speech. Even if they try to shut it down for being hate speech it would probably be a long process.

Personally I doubt if most of the people administrating the site even live here anymore.

It's a stupid site, that says stupid things, but so do many others. Best thing is simply to avoid it.
 
Wish he didnt use the K word all the time then I would have read more.
All this and these other sites show is how far away we are from a rainbow nation.
If you actually look at all the murders lately, we are having some kind of war.
 
Well apart from the racist tone i don't see the problem with the website other than it calls it how it is.

We moan all day long but yet when we see a site like this we are shocked when for me it basically speaks the truth about this country. The removal of the racist stuff would be far better though i reckon.

Reminds of those video's that oke did awhile back, very harsh but true.

sis! i wont waste bandwidth on crap like that. I wish bigots like the ones running that site would realise that racial hatred is a self perpetuating cycle. moaning about blacks <or substitute with an unsavoury racial slur>, just makes their own problem bigger.

On the other side, I must agree that complaining about the inept/corrupt ANC govt. does not automatically make you a racist if you are white. I wish people screaming 'racist' at everything would realise that we are all running very low on white guilt. :)
 
Some people may be running low on white guilt, others have run out. Those that post there are out. Not only do they make themselves clear on race, they're also not very forgiving of liberals. That's what I like.

Not nearly, a lot of that stuff is pure crap. Actually read a few of the articles, it's completely over exaggerated and "biased". Are you serious about thinking it's the truth? :confused:

Actually I went back to the site to check some more articles and in the 5 minutes since I left it they just posted something new, great:

Haha here's a good bit: "The “Billabong” mark is especially popular in South Africa and in Cape Town it has got to the stage where Whites do not even wear Billabong anymore, because it is mostly associated with Cape Coloureds. I can actually count the amount of real Cape Coloured surfers on one hand. Surfing amongst the Coloureds and especially the Blacks is a rarity. Cape Coloureds are excellent fishermen, but even so, very few of them can swim."

Man and I just bought shoes from the Billabong shop like a week ago, there were some other whites in the shop too, if only I'd heard the truth first. :(

Some people don't understand that this is Africa, the original settlers had a hard time settling but they persisted and we are now all facing this reality that Africa is not Europe no matter how hard you may try to live the delusion. David Livingstone was one of early Europeans who respected Africa and received that respect in return.

Unfortunately the legitimate concerns that could be presented by this site are completely overshadowed by the racism and poor taste.
