I need to create a website with many pages and i want to do it on my own. I know incredible connections sell software like Web Easy 8 Platinum Software. is there any other option like something on the internet that i can use. unlimited pages okay :)

You can download this for free. Its not too bad to get to grips with.

Although if you want to go a better path, have a look at Wordpress, also free. Start simple, download some free templates and go from there. It is Linux based so if you run WAMP on your computer you can use it locally.

Rather look at using a framework like Wordpress to start. There is more to a website than some CSS and HTML. You will also need a web server for development, for Windows you should use XAMP (free to download).

But also try something like Google Sites to get you going as its a great way to make basic websites sites.google.com

Don't even consider a WYSIWYG program; even if you get a free program it's not worth what you pay for it.
If you need to create "a website" then go for WordPress and a free theme - there are thousands to choose from. And let us know if you get stuck, there are many people here willing to tear your efforts to bits, and maybe one or two even willing to give a bit of help ;)

I use Eclipse, an awesome IDE. I mostly code PHP web applications, and build GUI's using Javascript front-ends like Sencha, Qooxdoo and sometimes JQueryUI, so I don't use a WYSIWYG, I'm sure there's a WYSIWYG plugin for Eclipse though.
