X-Box 360 Controls

Could someone clear something up for me, will the X-box 360 Control work with a PC and either XP or Vista? Do I have to get the "special" X-Box 360 Control for Windows or can I use a standard X-Box 360 Control? I see they both have USB.

You can use a standard off the shelf Xbox 360 wired controller with a PC as is, you'll just need to download the drivers, which are readily available on the Microsoft site.

You can even use your wireless 360 as well you just need to purchase the wireless dongle, which will also enable the use of hte MS wheel and wireless headset on a PC.

If you have Vista you don't need drivers for your Xbox 360 controller. But with XP you'll need to get drivers.

and the chatpad addon doesnt work in windows, any version
