So I have a question about something I saw on Amazon. Check it here.
How does this work? Surely you can't just pop one of these adapters into an x1 slot and run a x16 GPU card on that slot and have a fully functioning GPU? Surely the x16 card will not run at full speed, if at all?
Anyone willing to explain this to me?
