X360 OS update info

My Xbox 360 has just done its 2nd OS update from Xbox Live in a month. Anyone know where one can find 'release notes' describing the changes of each update?

there is a 3rd update then.. it was done i think on wednesday or tuesday

Yeah I did receive it as well and noticed no changes at all ...

can't find much about it though, possible a anti-mod update?

Will have to plugin my xbox and update it. Is the any improvements with these updates?
