Well we can hope.
The excuse I always heard was lack of bandwidth and broadband penetration. With the landing of Seacom and the World Cup in a year, perhaps they know penetration, caps and speed will increase - while price should hopefully decrease.

No this is only the video store, which is only available in us, uk canada and a few other countries, now this will be up to 18.

because that service was previously only available in the States.

During the E3 presentation they had the countries on a big screen. Didn't see South Africa there.
