XBMC Graphics card with coaxial

I've got an HP microserver running XBMC and currently use a GT610 low profile graphics card with HDMI.

Anyone recommend a low profile graphics card model with both HDMI and digital coaxal at all that'll work - preferably one that someone has used and know it works?

I guess another option is USB > Coaxial or even a sound card.
