What US channels do you watch?

I'm trying to get more channels that offered through Futubox..
 
Latest Nav-X (v3.7.8 iirc) works perfect for me but Futubox has sent me promo code on the forum to test for August which i plan to do :). Contact him on the thread stickied at the top Futubox.

Haven't had any major issues with Nav-X - caught Grown Ups 2 with 3x buffering abit after 70mins or so on 2Mbps line and on Ti uncapped (i feel it is a good idea to name ISP for info purposes :p) and few other stuff i caught earlier. The last 24hrs list updates are useful to bookmark and you have it tell you when certain channels were last updated.

Will give that EPG method a try too, sounds interesting :). Appreciate the effort there guys. Keep it up.

It gives you; CNN, BBC World/News (two different things), Sky News, EuroNews, France24, Aljazeera and some others I can't think of now. If you want your local news fix, you even have eNCA.

The other Plugin is Offside streams. I basically get my live sport fix there. It got the Sky Sport channels 1 -4, Sky F1, TSN, TSN2 ESPN and some others I can't think of now. The only catch is that it's not free, it costs about £4 per month or R60.

Both these work very well and quality of the streams is top notch. Comparable to 480p videos on Youtube. It really kicks Sportsdevil (My backup) in the nads.

There are drawbacks, the Offside streams service do sometimes go down, but it is usually sorted pretty quickly. Also, you need at least 4Mb line to run it, because of the good quality, it runs at a slightly higher bitrate than anything else. I tested throughput and downloads on the machine is about 150 - 200kB/s, but there are spikes to 320kB/s.

Where or how do you get eNCA news from the add on? I have the add on but cant see that stream.

Does anyone know how to setup love TV recording using the PVR add on?
 
That's a pity. :(

How is everyone else finding the Futubox streams - I see it stops randomly and also freezes (Not as often as it did on the Pi though)
 
Can someone help me please, how can i switch my channel with a remote without going back or stopping anything. i'm using IPTVSimple PVR-addon on XBMC ( win 7 x64 ).

I was rfering to the xbmc. capabilities to stream sky sport channls on a roku. Regardless of the subscription
