Just an Update... IT WORKS ON KODI ..... I got it to work in KODI using this PLEX addon... you have follow above steps to get the add on in PLEX, and then in Kodi>File manager> add source> type http://www.xunity.com/xfinity and install that plugin..... add source again, http://www.srp.nu/ and install the super repo in the Helix video add-on folder... then go to Kodi Get addons... all addons... enable PlexBMC, install, configure with your username and password details.. and you're all done SS sorted! and it loads extremely fast, havnt had any lags but is SD..

Lets see how long this lasts..
 
Any Python devs out there that can do the same for KykNet and MNet?

If you referring to Premium PLEX account.. no it works right after I registered a free account..

if you referring to Premium DSTV.. .NOOO... No account needed :)

Tried to add that xfinity source and it said nothing found. I'll try again later. Was rushing.
 
So... is there any way that Multichoice can track users down?

There is yes. Download logs from Akamai check who streamed. Get a court order that tell ISPs to say who used what IPs at certain times.

But its a lot of legal work. If anything, they will first close the loop, and then decided whether it is worth it or not to take legal action. If anything, they will rather take action against someone spreading the plugin code than guys just streaming, its a lot less work ect. and easier to prove.

But what about the fact that it is not a DRM protected stream?

ag pleeeeze.... your a small fish man! do you realy think they will waste their time and effort? can you imagine the legal costs? to do what.. go to SMALL CLAIMS COURT ...? ROFL... lol... they are making so damm much money with all the premium subscribers that doesnt even use their bluddy stream service... I am gladly making it a point to let all my friends know that they can piggyback ride on a premium account holder to watch SS online... I wont spread the work of the free Plex addon thing, but surely tell my close friends and family!

screw MC, its a gap in their armor and they will prob just fill it (which would take a bit of time) and move on...

Anyone alse that could perhaps explain better how I can get this working in kodi?
 
Looks like they removed the link from this page. I downloaded it, but somehow the file got corrupted.

Anyone willing to send me the link again or share it.

Can anyone help me to get the SS-plex.bundle to see in plex. I did add the folder in the plugins folder, but I does not show when I open plex.
