That was for the old plugin which no longer works. And it didn't actually require a login to stream, it was just put into the plugin as a crude patch and could easily be bypassed.

That wont happen cause it will leak sooner or later and the auth can easily be bypassed, so this would just spoil it for everyone

My I ask who created the plex plugin.

I get what you saying, but If we keep it via pm then it won't be blocked. We don't share to anyone with less then 100 posts
 
That plex plugin was around long before published here
No one will ever admit creating it

Supersport should just fix their bloody streams so authentication works properly. Then somebody could write a plugin where it couldn't be bypassed.

Any plugin's auth can be easily be bypassed is as long as xbmc uses clear python code. Only way is if Monochoice DRM the streams and then you would need flash i.e. browser based or something running flash to play it back

Time limited tokens. Expire tokens after 1 hour, force them to be renewed.
 
why the hell doesn't multichoice just commission a damn plugin? with authentication. its not like we want to screw them. I would just like it to work with my current setup. but nooooooooooooo to much to effing ask apparently.
 
Works fine by me, not sure what you guys are complaining about.
 
Just downloaded plex on my note 3, no problems whatsoever when streaming ss...
