Xbox 360 and "broadband" connection

I would like to know if this will work:

I want to connect two Xbox 360s to my 4 port D-link 2540U Router.

I will then have two PCs and the two Xbox 360s connected on my 384 line on WA Titan Complete.

My question is will I be able to play CoD black Ops online on my Xbox at the same time when my brother is playing Black Ops online on his Xbox without lagging.

no dude.. u both would be using the same line simultaneously.. on a 384kb line its gonna be like dial up..

We are playing CoD4 at the same time on Wage servers and we both get a 70-90ms ping.

So we will not be able to do this on console?
