Xbox 360 Firmware upgrade

I phoned them and now I know exactly what you mean. I understand why you had to be vague ;)

I already got this from Incredible Connection, but I see Take 2 has it cheaper. Nice find.

360 updates are referred to as Dash[board] updates.

Firmware is what's on the DVD Drive.

None of these you get from Take2. I use a 360 everyday and have over 60 games and I have no idea what these two are on about.

I would assume they are referring to the 'new' Dashboard, there were/are still tons of 360's on the old Blade Dash, the new consoles are probably shipping with the 'new' dash as standard.
 
Off topic but possibly on topic. Is the blade dashboard not the current one?
I still have to hook up the elite i bought last week(2nd hand) to live, does that mean its going to have a big ol update on its hands?

Errr....no the blade dashboard has been replaced about a year or so ago.

Yeah the current dash came out in November 2008 (or something close). I would imagine all the new consoles from the past year should have that dash.

Most you guys fail.

Google xbox 360 and firmware upgrade and flashing vs software upgrade. Than you understand why the 30 beats the PS3 hands down.
