2) Does Xbox 360 use standard hard drives? Or special type?

1: No, you'll need to buy a separate memory card or the 20GB hard-drive

2: What do you mean by 'standard'. You can only buy the M$-approved 20GB hard-drive if that's what you mean.

No only the MS hard drives fits on it. You can buy a special adapter to connect the ms hard drive to the pc, mybe there is a adapter to connect a normal one to the xbox?
