Hi, I have a Xbox 360 slim. Not sure what happened but since Saturday the disc tray doesnt want to close. It just stays open, too scared to force it closed as it might do more damage. Anyone know where I can get it repaired in Cape Town?

So I booked the xbox in via xbox.com lastnight. I need to courier it to them via ups and the microsoft account. They were supposed to send me an authorisation letter though. Does anyone have a contact number for MS. Apparently theres some toll free number which I cant find.
