Xbox 360 & XP Media Center Edition

I've just installed this and I haven't had any time to play with the settings or browse around menus yet - so apologies for its a simple answer!

I've run the 'Test media connectio' and it does get an IP, but fails at 'computer'. The help says the software must be running & I must set it to stream. Where is the setting exactly?

Anything else I need?

O wow ... I didn't realise there was more So basically in order to stream, one needs :

Xbox 360
PC running Windows XP Media Center Edition
Software above (can't access from work - is it the Media Center Extender?)

I also see a physical hardware device called Media Center Extender (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/mediacenter/extender/owner/default.mspx) What's that? :/

The 360 is a Media Center Extender.

Extenders are just devices that can act as clients to stream off of Media Centre. They used to be standalone things, but MS has just released it as a software thing, so you may see DVD players, PVR's etc that have extender functionality.
