xbox as a media Centre

hey guys...

am planning on buying the Xbox 360 60gb thats just out!!!
bigger hdd space..

and want to use this as a media centre,
any advice is this going to be worth it??? or should I jus have a Mvix as my media storage????

Make sure you have Windows Media Centre edition OS or a version of Vista with Media centre or it wont work.

Get the wireless add on only if your signal is very strong between your PC and the XBOx otherwise you will have difficulty streaming live TV or High Def movies.

u dont need a media centre os anymore !!!! Just download media player 11 for xp and the u are able to stream 2ur 360

U dont need that either, just get TVersity, trust me it works much better than wmp11 and is very easy to add files once you set it up.

If you only want to use it as a media centre save yourself some money and find yourself a old XBOX and use xbmc http://xbmc.org/
