XBOX Bundle (4 game one)

I sorta overheard people at Look and Listen saying that the XBox bundle was only meant to exist for Dec and not for Jan and that they are waiting for an OK from head-office to remove it.

Problem is ... I might just be getting one as a present in the next week or two, but don't want to take the chance ... anyone else think it is a good idea to just go buy a bundle and leave it in the cupboard till I know I am getting a present :p If I DO get a present, I can just go take it back (all nicely shrink wrapped still) I suppose alot of shops will have issues with taking it back (i'll just say the person I bought it for already had one lol)

Just a thought :confused:
 
Hmm I really doubt it being discontinued. It did after all replace the Core. I don't see them only selling the Premium and the Elite as that may see people choosing the Wii over the 360. I'd say you're probably save.

No that would be the Arcade bundle.

I would put money on the fact that this 4 game bundle will stop now, it was a christmas special after all and it is no longer christmas

Thanks Gavin - Yeah .. it is my money I am betting with :) Local CNA is already out of stock, but the musica guy says they have a couple left and should last at least a week or two :p Now to just find out if my rumoured present is true or not .. :confused:

Thanks for the input guys nice to see no other console fanboys have jumped in yet :p
