XBOX - can't connect to wireless network

Ok, so I went for the XBOX. Just got it home and trying to set it up but I cannot for the life of me get it to connect to my wireless network.

It is seeing my network SSID, I am entering the correct key (I have triple checked), I have gone through their trouble shooting and no joy. I keep testing the network and it says "there is a problem with your connection blah blah".

Is there some trick I am missing? When it finds my wireless after searching it shows three out of 4 bars so it is not signal strength. I am using WPAs/AES.

Discovered the issue with a little more reading. Seems although Microsoft recommends WPA2, the XBOX does not support it out of the box! I removed all securiry, just to check, and it connected. Busy running an update now which will hopefully allow WPA2 security compatibility.
