Don't see why Windscribe or Tunnelbear and the like wouldn't work as you don't need a special country to connect from.

Can even try Opera Browser VPN.

Yeah 6 month ones no problem.

Only things that don’t stack are the trial 1 month accounts.

Yeah anyone able to confirm this works with VPN as I am keen to buy 1 or 2 x 6 months as the price is really good on Amazon.

OK I can confirm the code from Amazon works when using a VPN.

I installed Tunnelbear chrome extension, turned it on (defaults to USA), copied code from email and applied. My account says I have Game Pass until 12/14/2018 so all seems good.

Will test on Xbox One X later but shouldn't have any problems.
