Lol, soz mate. Depends on the game and VoiP mainly.
typical expectation is around 20-60Mb per hour for a game with 4-12 players and no VoIP.
the VoIP makes a huge difference and depending how chatty your mates are that can jump to 50-100mb/h.
If you decide to host it goes up even further to around 80-150mb/h.

I played 5-6 hours on live and used 300mb, that was playing BF:BC mostly and some GRID. If you plan to play daily for a few hours you'd need about a 10GB cap, But i reckon 5GB should suffice for most people.

What works for me is a cybersmart 3Gb oneprice with top up, giggy bank and nightrider. I play a lot between 11pm and 2am so it pays off in the long run, especially for downloading demos.
during peak time demo downloads also fly (dont knw about actual gameplay during that time) usually i start it in the mornings and when i get back demo downloads usually 600-800mb are completed.
