Xbox Like Achievements on Android

Yesterday I launched Plague Inc there for the 1st time it prompted me to link my Google+ Account, so I let it. The next thing I know various pop-ups started appearing for achievements like they do on Xbox. This might be old news but where can I view my achievements and what games support this feature?
