Xbox LIVE and Bandwith

Never checked. I think it depends omn the game. After playing on line for one or two hours I have never seen a huge drop in my cap.
 
Depends if you are hosting a game. For Call of Duty 4, if I can remember correctly about 50MB for 45 min and a few hundred MB if your hosting. Maybe the die hard players can verify the amounts.
