Xbox Live Migation- UK to SA

Hi

I'm considering migrating my UK live account to SA.
Buying BF4 DLC is the only reason really.
Is there anything I should know before migrating? Pros and cons?

The biggest con is that the amount of games on the SA market is A LOT less. A pro is that some of the games are cheaper on the SA market.

Currently, my GF's account is UK and mine is SA and it works well for us. Capcom just had a sale and all the games I wanted was cheaper on the SA account and I got them from the SA account. However, three of the games I wanted, is not available on the SA market (RE Code Veronica, RE 4 and Super Street Fighter 2 HD Remake) and I got them on the UK market.

So, my suggestion is: Keep your main account UK and create a free SA silver account. Best of both worlds.
 
Hi

I'm only playing BF4 at the moment (and the only content I've bought before was BF3 DLC), the SA DLC is cheaper than in the UK store. I guess I can create a SA account and buy the DLC for the game, although I would lose my saves, which probably isnt that big of deal.

Make sure you download everything you own because once you migrate you won't have access to anything you bought on the U.S. store that isn't on the SA Store.

You can migrate back after three months though.

Although you can access everything you bought with another account on the same console you bought it so that is an option. You won't lose saves as you'll still use that profile.

However I'm not a fan of splitting purchases so rather migrate and try it out. Then migrate back if you need to.

When my gold sub runs out, I will decide.

Also, are there any other shops I can buy a 1 month Gold sub? Except EvoPoints, they dont have any stock at the moment
