Xbox Live : NAT open, moderate or strict

I'm on moderate and I seemingly have no issues, although I read I could have issues and the best is open. To get open it appears I have to enable uPnP - which I'll try at home.

If you're on Live, what is your NAT setting and does it work for you? uPnP on/off?

My NAT is strict and I haven't had any issues yet with Halo3, TF2 or GoW.

My NAT is Open, my router has UPnP enabled.
