So my cousin has asked me for some advice. He stays in a complex in Century Cityand the adsl provided by the complex is ridiculously costly. He is setting up a home office and has to skype international clients quite often. The line will of course also be used for Xbox Live.
What is his best option, latency and cost wise, as far as iburst, etc?
