Xbox Live Proxy

I use a 3G connection via the USB E200 modem and share it on my home network using CC Proxy, as nothing else will work. I have a problem connecting my Xbox to the internet. Anyone know how? I use a Linksys Wireless router. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to forward the required ports.

www.portforward.com <--- find your router and choose Xbox Live and it will tell you what to do

Ok, Im still having problems connecting the Xbox to the net. When I do the Xbox Live test the MTU fails. Anyone with advice?

Ok I managed to fix it, I just set all the IP settings etc to manual and now its busy updating!

Hey jannievdberg,

I'm also using a E220 Modem and CCProxy trying to get xbox live to work but am not having much luck. Currently I'm failing at the MTU stage but to be honest I'm not 100% confident on the whole port forwarding side of things.

Any advice would be awesome

What are your forwarding settings?
