Just ported to SA service and was grossly disappointed. My free PSN service is better than my paid gold subscription. So I've decided I can forgo xbox online gaming for the next few years or maybe forever.
I contacted MS LIVE via e-mail and they told me to phone Local Xbox LiVE support and I can get my MS Points and unused subscription refunded as the service is not up to standard compared to UK/US.
if you guys interested ypu can call 0800 991 550 (SA LIVE support).
Goinna give it a try and will let you know how it goes.
Edit: They said in e-mail that they will refund unused subscription and unused MSPOints not downloaded content purchases. And that the account will be downgraded to silver.
