Good day.
For the past three years my Xbox One was connected using normal Wifi router through Nepic (not adsl or fibre), which worked fine. We got fibre installed through Blitz fibre and are using Axxess as provider. Since trying to connect the Xbox to the router I had some issues where the xbox cannot find the IP adress and the NAT type stays on moderate. i have checked all my settings on the xbox again and everything seems correct as it is. I am used to leave my xbox online always as I want it to stay updated on system and games updates. I
am now hoping that anyone can assist me to resolve this problem?
