Xbox One boot error

New Xbox One, 21 days to swop out????

Hi all

Tried switching on the Xbox one S this morning and got a boot error. E200 or something, i see a lot of people complaining about this. So i tried everything, factory reset, usb firmware update, no luck.

Does anyone know where to take this pos for replacement? Its not even a week old. I live in JHB and bought it online from a place in Dbn.

Now im told it will take 14-21 working days to get back, for a brand new console that broke after 3 days.

Anybody got a contact i can escalate this to
